Constantinos Loizou

Second Vice President
Constantinos Loizou was born and raised in Nicosia, but hails from the occupied areas of Morphou and Kyrenia. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Since 2017, he has played an active role in the youth sector in Greece and Cyprus. He has served in various capacities, including as Vice President and Secretary General at several organisations. He has been a member of JCI Nicosia since 2024. He was elected unanimously as President of the Cyprus Youth Council for the 2024–2025 biennium. He has been actively involved in the Council’s activities since 2019, participating in several projects. These include the House of Youth Representatives programme, for which he has been a steering committee member since 2023, and the European Youth Dialogue. In addition, the President of the Republic of Cyprus has appointed him as a member of the Bicommunal Technical Committee on Youth.
