The independent, non-governmental, non-profit organisation OXygono invites you to the third part of its series of events titled ‘Can one man change the mentality of a nation?’ Our guest shall be the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr Nikos Christodoulides, who shall be interviewed by Neofytos Chrysochos (academic) and Andreas Kimitris (journalist).

The discussion shall be based on the organisation’s ‘rules for discussion’ and shall be divided into on six thematic units. It shall have the form of an informal conversation and it will last for about 90 minutes. Among the thematic units to be discussed are the negotiations for the Cyprus problem over the past five years, Turkey’s stance in the wider region, and Cyprus’s relations with the European Union and other countries.

The event will take place on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 19:30 at the University of Cyprus campus (Senate Building, Anastasios G, Leventis, room B108). Entrance will be free.
