You’re about to help us make a change. Our purpose is to create a transparent job market that ensures equal opportunities for young people and a better transition from education to work. The rating form allows any young professional, intern or apprentice to anonymously evaluate their work experience. By 2020, we aim to empower 1 million young people to access better work, internationally and across all industries. – http://www.transparencyatwork.org/

22M young people in Europe face a difficult integration in the labour market. Studies are insufficient to get a job, you need to go through precarious contracts to get early work experience: internships, apprenticeships etc.  and many are unpaid, not providing any learning, exploitative. The issue is that we don’t know who are the good and the bad companies.
The aim of our project is to collectively create transparency in the labour market for young people through the largest online rating database on companies. We believe in the use of data and reputation to empower young people in making better career decisions and incentivize companies to change their practices. The social impact should be a systemic improvement in working conditions and therefore more equal opportunities for young people who will be able to better kickstart their career/find work.
For the employers (the clients), it will be a unique way to differentiate themselves in attracting and retaining young talents. By being transparent on the quality of the internships/entry-level job they offer, they will boost their employer brand and recruit better, because we will trust what they offer.
On the platform, young people will be able to rate, check ratings, find insider information and (latter) find only quality internships/job offers. Employers with good grades will be able to promote themselves, get certified, post offers and recruit. They will be featured in an international ranking of best employers for young people published in key media.
