Orthodoxia (Doxia) Mina is a youth worker, trainer, and communication strategist with over a decade of experience in youth empowerment in Cyprus and internationally. She holds a BSc in Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies with a focus on International Relations and Political Science, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Management specializing in Entrepreneurship and SME Management.
Through her work in the youth field, she discovered her passion for communication campaigns as tools for civic engagement and social impact. Rooted in non-formal education, her work connects youth participation, entrepreneurship, and strategic communication, with experience in coordinating large-scale youth events and public engagement initiatives.
Doxia has proudly represented Cyprus last year as a UNESCO Youth Delegate and has participated in multiple European Youth Conferences, serving as a Youth Delegate. As a Eurodesk Multiplier and youth activist of the #STANDFORSOMETHING campaign 2021 by the European Youth Card Association, she connects young people with international opportunities and amplifies youth voice across Europe. A U.S. Department of State alumna and dedicated local changemaker, she embodies the values of intercultural dialogue, youth empowerment, and sustainable social transformation.
