Konstantinos Karseras has many years of experience in youth issues, participatory democracy and European consciousness, both at national and European level. He is Vice President of the Pancyprian Federation of Student Unions (PofEN) and an active member of educational and leadership initiatives for young people in Cyprus. She holds a Bachelor of Multimedia and Graphic Arts and a Master of Arts in Management and Entrepreneurship, specializing in design thinking and social computing. She is an Erasmus Officer at the Cyprus University of Technology, where she manages student mobility and collaborations with European partners. At the same time, he has extensive involvement in Scouting, being a troop leader in the 27th Naval Scouting System of Limassol. He has experience in organizing educational activities, seminars and camps, enhancing the development of leadership and cooperation skills in young people.
