EXPERIENCE:

Andria’s journey in youth and community projects began in 2017. Since then, she has transitioned from volunteer to leadership roles, actively contributing to non-formal education, youth engagement, and project development within international organisations and local NGOs. As a certified peer educator in the Youth as Agents of Behavioural Change (YABC) program by the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) since 2018 and a Positive Peace Activator by the Institute of Economics & Peace in 2021, she has delivered interactive workshops in schools, youth organisations, and international forums. These workshops focus on essential skills such as communication, negotiation, empathy, and active listening as well as intercultural dialogue and respect for diversity. She employs innovative techniques like role-playing and storytelling to foster inclusive participation and deeper learning experiences. In leadership roles, such as President of the Youth Section of the Cyprus Red Cross and President of a Rotaract Club, Andria has successfully initiated and managed youth engagement projects and social initiatives, while also leading discussions with authorities on integrating volunteerism into formal education. Professionally, Andria specialises in strategic planning, client relationship management, and program development. Having worked in the field of audit, consulting, and business development, she has supported organisations in compliance, digital transformation, and funding acquisition. She is an ACCA-qualified professional, holds an MSc in Shipping and Finance and BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance. Passionate about sustainability, digital innovation, skills development, and tourism, Andria is dedicated to helping organisations and individuals grow and create real impact.

Actively involved in bi-communal initiatives, she works to foster understanding and peacebuilding. In her free time, Andria loves traveling, road trips, spending time with friends and family, and discovering new cultures and people.
