Theofilos Konstantinou
First Vice President
Theofilos Konstantinou originates from Tsada in the Paphos district and resides in Nicosia. He is a lawyer at the law firm Elias Neocleous & Co LLC and is registered with the Athens and Cyprus Bar Associations.
He is a graduate of the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree in Public Law and Public Policies, with a specialization in Environmental Law, from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He has long-standing and active involvement in youth initiatives, as well as in environmental awareness activities, such as tree-planting actions.
During the period 2017–2021, he served as a member of the National Union of Cypriot Students (E.F.E.K.) of Thessaloniki, while also participating in activities of the Cyprus Youth Council, including the “Youth Parliament” institution, as well as the European Youth Event (EYE) of the European Parliament.
In addition, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Tsada Youth Centre.
As Vice President of the Cyprus Youth Council, he seeks to strengthen the meaningful participation of young people in decision-making, promote equality, and integrate the environmental and climate dimension into youth policies
