Nasia comes from Spilia and Kaimaklis in Nicosia and is 23 years old. She is a graduate of the University of West London with a degree in Business Studies with Marketing. From an early age she started going to camp in Platres where she first came in contact with people from the EDEK Youth. Through them, she learned about their voluntary activities and the effort they make to help young people all over the Pancyprian region. That was the reason she joined and is an active member of EDEK Youth. Recently, her love for her village prompted her to be elected to the Association of Expatriate Spilia – Kourdales as Assistant Secretary so that as the youngest member of the Association she could reach out to more young people to become active in issues that concern the village. During the period 2021-2023 she was on the Board of the Cyprus Youth Council as Secretary of Press and Information. In conclusion, she looks forward to applying what she learned in her previous term and learning even more in her new term as General Secretary of the Cyprus Youth Council.
