Within the framework of the EU Youth Conference, which will take place in Nicosia from 17 to 20 March 2026, a Youth NGO Fair will be organised on Friday, 20 March 2026, from 09:00 to 14:00, at the Filoxenia Conference Centre.
The Cyprus Youth Council (CYC) is invited to select four (4) non-political youth organisations that are members of the CYC to participate in the Youth NGO Fair, with two (2) representatives per organisation.

Selection Criteria:
The selection of organisations will be carried out based on an assessment of the following criteria:
– The organisation must be a registered member of the CYC, belonging to the non-political youth organisations pillar.
– The organisation must have implemented activities or programmes related to the 11 European Youth Goals during the past two years (2024–2025).
– The organisation must be able to deliver a simple, interactive activity in English, aimed at informing Conference participants (young people, institutional representatives, and stakeholders) about the 11 European Youth Goals in an engaging and alternative way.
– In cases where applications receive equally high evaluation scores, selection will be based on the chronological order of submission
– A reserve list of two (2) organisations will also be drawn up during the evaluation process.
*Please note the following:
- Each selected organisation will be provided with: one (1) high table, two (2) stools, wireless internet access, and access to electricity.
- The activity must be delivered by young people themselves and must not require space beyond the table provided.
- Selected organisations will be responsible for bringing their own equipment and materials required for the activity. The use of roll-up banners is encouraged.
- Due to security measures, certain restrictions may apply to the equipment or materials used. Further information will be provided at a later stage.

* Important Clarification: This application form constitutes a separate and independent process from the call implemented by the Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes (IDEP) for the same event. Eligible member organisations may submit applications in parallel through both platforms. Please note that all applications will be assessed independently.
