The 2nd EU Youth Conference of the 9th Cycle of the EU Youth Dialogue was held last week, between 11 -13 of July in Prague under the Presidency of the Czech Republic.
The EU Youth Conference provided space for discussion among the young people and policymakers, aiming at supporting the establishment of good practices across the EU Member States towards more Inclusive Societies (Youth Goal #3) & A Sustainable Green Europe (Youth Goal #10).
The Cyprus Youth Council was represented at the EU Youth Conference by:
Andreas Kyprianides – Projects and Policy Officer

Christiana Xenofontos also participated in the panel discussions during the Conference as a Board Member of the European Youth Forum highlighting that young people are the present and they need to inspire and get inspired at the same time!
The EU Youth Dialogue is a dialogue mechanism between young people and decision-makers, established in order to ensure that the opinion, views and needs of young people and youth organisations are taken into account when defining the EU’s youth policies.
