Enoros Consulting LTD has opened a call for participants for the The Power of YouthSelf” project which will take place in Brasov, Romania 1st – 9th December 2019.
Project’s overall objective: to foster international cooperation in youth empowerment as an innovative pattern to youth employability and social inclusion with a focus on youth life skills, employability skills and non-formal education.
Specific objectives are:
- To enhance the life skills and employability of 30 young people with fewer opportunities from the partner organizations through the elaboration of an empowerment curriculum and their participation in training activities on this topic.
- To develop knowledge and skills in the use of ICT tools, online promotion and sale among 30 young people with fewer opportunities.
- To develop basic knowledge of the participants in social entrepreneurship and to stimulate capacity building, entrepreneurial thinking and employability through visits to local young entrepreneurs/social enterprises.
Participants:
- Basic level of English
- Motivation to participate in the project
- Artistic abilities/handicraft skills (preferable)
- To be both from rural and urban areas
- Don’t have sources of income other than those offered by state or family’s income.

Empowering Youth Curricula: 3 TOPICS
–IDENTITY AND IMAGE -as most of the youngsters lack positive attitudes towards themselves which in translated in behavioral problems,
–GOAL-SETTING -as most of the youngsters face difficulties in establishing life goals, making proper decisions for themselves
–CONNECTING TO THE COMMUNITY – as most of the youngsters feel excluded by the communities and they have built a wall between them and the communities they live in.
