In practical terms, we suggest you to keep all documentation regarding the change in the implementation of your projects, containing important information to assess force majeure later on (e.g. for travels: time when the tickets were purchased, nature of the tickets – refundable or not -, planned time and place of departure/arrival, formal instructions/recommendations from official authorities at the time, particular circumstances of the participants, etc.).
